Do not place debris behind the treadmill, It may get under the treadmill and make a harsh rubbing sound. (This happened to my slippers, then I quickly turned off the treadmill and pulled out the slippers)
When I was running, I found that the back of the treadmill was sometimes biased in a certain direction (without a large amplitude). Do n’t doubt that the big factor is that your running posture is centered on one side. You can adjust your center of gravity to get balanced exercise.
The most important point is that running opportunities without handrails are more tiring. Of course, it exercises your body more.
